We strive to deliver fresh, healthy plants and quality pots. If something goes wrong, we’re here to help.
Return & Replacement Eligibility
You may request a replacement if:
- The plant arrives damaged
- The pot is broken
- You received the wrong product
You must contact us within 10 days of delivery with clear photos.
Plants that deteriorate due to improper care after delivery are not eligible.
Non-Returnable Items
Because plants are perishable, we do not accept physical returns. However, replacement or refund options are available in eligible cases.
Non-returnable items include:
- Live plants after 10 days
- Used or damaged pots caused by customer handling
- Accessories opened or used
Refunds
If a refund is approved:
- It will be processed to your original payment method
- It may take 5–7 working days to reflect in your account
