1. Standard Shipping (Across India)

• Delivery Time: 3–7 business days
• Tracking: Available for all orders
• Packaging: Secure plant-safe packaging with soil protection
• Suitable for: Plants, pots, tools, and all regular products

Charge:

• Free on orders above ₹499
• Standard delivery fee applied to orders below ₹499

2. Express Priority Shipping (Selected Cities Only)

• Delivery Time: 1–3 business days
• Priority handling and faster dispatch
• Best for urgent gifting orders or delicate plants

Charge:

• Additional ₹99–₹149 based on delivery location

3. Eco-Friendly Packaging

All plant orders include:

• Breathable wrapping
• Moisture protection
• Shock-absorbing padding
• Ventilated boxes to reduce plant stress

This packaging is included at no extra cost.

4. Gift Delivery Option

• Available for plant gift sets and combos
• Includes gift-friendly packaging
• Custom message card available

Charge:

• Additional ₹25 for gift message card
• Delivery charges follow standard or express shipping rules

5. Delivery Coverage

We currently ship to:

• All major cities
• Most Tier 2 & Tier 3 towns
• Pin codes supported by our courier partners

Rural or remote areas may have slightly longer delivery times.

6. Order Processing Time

• Orders are packed within 1–2 business days
• Weekend/holiday orders may take one extra day
